We shopped around for about 6 months and finally decided to go with Atlas for several reasons. We were able to customize our options (floor and walls 16” OC, roof on 24, double top plate walls and of course my fav.....those big windows ❤️ ).....yes I am sure you can get customization at any of the other places here in town too BUT I must admit that the salesman plays a HUGE part in our decision along with the impeccable product. Shane Harvey was both patient and helpful to us before, during and even after our purchase. He wasn’t in it for just the sale.....he truly was helpful in this process and I highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase. We had our 16x40 built on site and we were both very impressed with the team of guys that were sent to build. Very respectful and very hard working. We were both in awe of not only watching our little (what will become) lake home be built but by the way they constructed and worked as a team!
We are choosing to go “tiny” for several reasons....
